In fact, since 2019, the standard UNI 11483:2021 - Non-regulated professional activities - Professional communicator - Requirements of knowledge, skills and autonomy and responsibility, defines the requirements for the work activity of the Professional Communicator. This standard incorporates Technical Communication and the Technical Communicator into the 5 areas of communication outlined within the standard.
